The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for e-learning design, instructional design, content development, multimedia development, and instructor-led training.

This role focuses heavily on designing high-quality learning solutions that support professional development and organizational initiatives across the health system.

The Senior Instructional Designer develops and designs course curriculum and training plans across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning, with an emphasis on creating engaging, learner-centered experiences.

The ideal candidate is equal parts instructional designer, content creator, and storyteller—someone who can transform content into dynamic, visually engaging learning experiences that drive engagement and application.

with e-learning development, video editing, and multimedia design is essential.
