- Professional certifications in instructional design or related discipline (preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc. (Required)
- Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) (Required)
- Learning Management Systems (Required)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and ROI (Required)
- Familiarity with HTML (Required)
