About the Opportunity

We are looking for a

Senior Institutional FX Sales

to join our client who is a growing brokerage in Dubai.

This senior role is ideal for an

experience

d FX professional

with a strong existing institutional client network who wants to drive significant revenue growth in one of the most dynamic financial markets in the world.

You will manage key institutional relationships (corporates, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and banks) and play a key role in expanding the brokerage’s Institutional FX desk across the MENA region and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of institutional clients, focusing on high-volume FX business.
  • Deliver tailored FX solutions including Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, and Options, along with expert hedging and risk management advice.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Proactively identify and develop new institutional business opportunities in the UAE, GCC, and broader markets.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and volume targets.
  • Provide market commentary, trading ideas, and strategic insights to clients on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the dealing desk, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure best-in-class execution and service.
  • Mentor and support junior FX sales team members (where applicable).
  • Represent the brokerage at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
  • Ensure full compliance with all UAE regulatory frameworks (VARA, SCA, Central Bank, etc.).

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • 7–12+ years of relevant Institutional FX Sales experience within a brokerage, investment bank, or liquidity provider.

• Proven Track Record

  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing a substantial institutional FX book with strong revenue generation.
  • Client Network:
  • Existing relationships with institutional clients in the MENA region or internationally are a strong advantage.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of FX products, pricing, execution, and risk management strategies.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • CFA, FRM, or similar professional qualifications are advantageous.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Languages:
  • Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Other languages are a plus.
