Senior Insight Analyst

About the role

What you'll do

• Deliver insight and analysis supporting customer retention, engagement, and commercial performance.
• Analyze customer behavior, retention performance, churn, lifecycle data, digital performance, CRM, and customer journeys.
• Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and business stories for stakeholders.
• Work with Marketing, Retention, and other teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead analytical deep-dives, challenge assumptions with evidence, and measure retention initiatives.
• Identify ways to improve reporting, insight, and analytical approaches.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in analytics, insight, or a commercially focused data role, with confidence interrogating complex datasets.
• Good SQL skills and experience answering commercial and customer questions with data.
• Experience analyzing customer behavior, journeys, retention, or marketing performance.
• Ability to communicate analysis as clear business stories, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness, proactive curiosity, and confidence identifying opportunities and managing changing priorities.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Required experience in a fast-paced consumer, subscription, membership, or similarly customer-focused business.

Location and workplace

• Hybrid working, with office attendance on Tuesday and Wednesday in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
