Qualifications
- Payments or Financial Tech Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in internal customer support and/or internal sales.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative communications skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone, influence and negotiate effectively and engage in mature, solutions focused conversations with customers. A solid understanding of the sales processes supported by practical experience using Salesforce
- Strong administrative capability and attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work independently while identifying business opportunities and driving new sales in a competitive environment.
