Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, virtualization)
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and technology partners
- Support cloud and hybrid environments (e.g., Azure)
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
- Provide L3 support and act as escalation point
- Document infrastructure architecture and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows/Linux Server environments
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools
