Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth customer discovery to understand current-state environments.
• Design customised hybrid infrastructure solutions for client business needs.
• Create implementation plans and timelines aligned with project objectives.
• Manage technical implementation, deployment, and configuration with internal and external resources.
• Lead discovery workshops and produce high- and low-level designs.
• Develop solutions using Dell, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft, and AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams.
• Track emerging technologies and advise customers on digital transformation and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise compute and storage, backup and recovery, networking and security, and cloud platforms.
• Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Understanding of virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen, business awareness, industry awareness, and adaptability.
• Pre-sales experience is highly desirable.
• TOGAF, Nutanix, Dell Technologies, Cisco Datacentre, VMware, Microsoft, or AWS certifications are desirable.
