Senior IT Recruiter role supporting FIKS’s digital and technological needs.

Part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to work from home for some tasks.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Identify and engage IT talent; manage job postings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
Coordinate hiring decisions with internal stakeholders.
Build talent pipelines and advise hiring managers on market trends and best practices.
Provide a fair, inclusive, and efficient candidate experience.
Shape recruitment strategies to support the organization’s mission and technical capabilities.

Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Strong IT and technical recruiting experience across diverse technology roles.
Track record in recruiting and hiring in dynamic or mission-driven organizations.
Knowledge of IT market trends, sourcing tools, and digital recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
Experience with competency-based interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Recruitment or HR certifications are an advantage; education, research, or public-sector recruiting experience is beneficial.
