Senior Information Technology Engineer

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Active Directory design, administration, and maintenance.
• Management of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers.
• Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID and Intune.
• Endpoint management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Hyper-V virtualization administration.
• Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• IT security hardening, patch management, and security best practices implementation.
• Network infrastructure administration, including switching, VLANs, routing, wireless networks, and VPN technologies.
• Firewall administration and security policy management.
• Site-to-site VPN and remote access VPN configuration and maintenance.
• Ubuntu Linux server administration and support.
• Management of corporate IT systems such as CCTV, access control systems, biometric attendance systems, IP telephony, meeting room technologies, and printing infrastructure.
• Infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support.
• Participation in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Guidance and supervision of IT interns or junior support staff when assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience managing enterprise networking environments, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless infrastructure, and routing.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience supporting corporate endpoint devices across multiple operating systems.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerShell, Bash scripting, or infrastructure automation.
• Experience with Docker, Apache, or Nginx.
• Experience with RHEL or Rocky Linux.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar industry certifications.
