MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or engineering or related field and two years of progressively responsible information systems experience. Progressively responsible information systems experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience with enterprise HCM systems. Experience implementing or replacing an enterprise HCM system. Experience with HCM data conversion, integrations, configuration, testing, reporting, or security. Experience in a public-sector or legislative HR environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable project-management experience. Experience with State of Florida IT procurements and/or implementations.
