About This Role

We re looking for someone who can turn influencer marketing into a scalable revenue channel.

This is a high-ownership role where you will build and scale influencer marketing almost from scratch with full responsibility for performance, economics, and growth.

You will operate at the intersection of:

  • performance marketing
  • content strategy
  • negotiation
  • funnel thinking

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale influencer marketing as a revenue-driving channel
  • Own the full cycle of influencer partnerships:

    • sourcing and vetting creators
    • negotiating partnerships
    • launching integrations
    • analyzing performance and scaling successful collaborations
  • Drive key business metrics: ROMI, CAC, revenue contribution
  • Structure and test different deal types, including performance-based models (CPA, rev-share, hybrid)
  • Identify scalable approaches and long-term partnerships (not one-off placements)
  • Collaborate with content and distribution teams to maximize reach and performance
  • Continuously test and optimize creatives, formats, and funnels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance-driven influencer or affiliate marketing
  • Track record of delivering strong measurable ROI (e.g. investment vs. revenue outcomes)
  • Experience scaling campaigns and building repeatable acquisition strategies
  • Strong negotiation and partnership management skills:

    • ability to structure mutually beneficial deals
    • experience working with performance-based models (CPA / rev-share)
    • ability to optimize cost efficiency (e.g. CPM) while maintaining quality
  • Strong content intuition:

    • understands what drives engagement and conversions
    • can guide creators with clear briefs
    • understands platform dynamics and native formats
  • Solid understanding of user funnels and conversion mechanics
  • Experience working with international markets
  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, betting, or creator economy
  • Experience working with LATAM markets (Spanish / Portuguese)
  • Understanding of Telegram as part of a broader marketing ecosystem
  • Familiarity with global creator / info-product ecosystems
