Senior Industry and AI Agents Architects
to lead Salesforce Industry Cloud and Agentforce AI transformations across the region.

We are seeking high-performing architectural leader to drive
industry-led transformation
and design specific AI agents that generate measurable business impact for our clients.

lead the Advisory Practice
for your specific industry of expertise as Verticloud continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business-Fronting Advisory:**
- Act as the primary technical and strategic lead fronting business client teams to understand challenges and define transformation objectives.
- **Consultative Architecture:**
- Lead discovery conversations to translate complex industry requirements into AI-enabled Salesforce solutions that generate measurable impact.
- **AI Agent Strategy:**
- Design and architect industry-specific AI agents using
Salesforce Agentforce
- , ensuring they are rooted in business value and ROI.
- **Industry Leadership:**
- Position Verticloud’s advisory and delivery capabilities within your specialized sector (Telecommunications, Energy, or Financial Services).
- **Ecosystem Collaboration:**
- Partner with Salesforce account teams and Verticloud delivery leaders to co-sell and build joint account strategies.
- **Value-Based Design:**
- Develop compelling technical proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with a value-based, advisory-led approach.
What You Bring
- **Industry Mastery:**
- Deep experience in at least one of these industries:
- Telecommunications and Media, Energy & Utilities, or Financial Services (Banking & Insurance)
- .
- **Advisory Expertise:**
- A proven
- consultative mindset
- with the ability to navigate complex business environments and influence senior stakeholders; as well as design and build COE
- **Salesforce Architecture:**
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, with hands-on exposure to
Salesforce Industry Clouds
- (e.g., Comm Cloud, Energy Cloud, FSC).
- **AI Proficiency:**
- Solid understanding of
Agentic AI
and the ability to architect solutions on the
Salesforce Agentforce
- platform.
- **Regional Depth:**
Experience
- working in or selling into the
- UAE or Middle East market
- .
- **Professional Services Background:**
- A track record of delivering complex professional services (advisory or digital transformation), not just technical implementation.
Additional Advantages
- Prior experience working with Salesforce Services or a
Salesforce Consulting Partner
- .
- **Salesforce certifications**
- (Architecture, Industry Cloud, or AI-related) are a strong advantage.
- An established network within the
- Salesforce ecosystem
- or enterprise IT decision-makers in the GCC.
- Arabic speaking
