About The Role
As a **Senior Immigration Consultant**, you will be responsible for handling high-intent leads, providing expert guidance on European immigration pathways, and driving revenue through successful conversions.
This is a performance-focused role for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Expertise Required
- European Work Permits (Netherlands, Czech Republic, Malta, Romania, etc.)
• Skilled & Unskilled Migration Programs
- Client consultation and eligibility assessment
- End-to-end sales closing and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients on suitable immigration programs based on their profile
- Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally
- Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective communication
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
- Work closely with processing teams to ensure smooth application flow
Requirements
- Minimum 2 **years of experience** in immigration sales (Europe-focused preferred)
- Proven **sales track record** with high conversion rates
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
