Advise clients on immigration, residency, and business migration opportunities, with emphasis on Portugal and Spain programs.
Assess eligibility and guide clients throughout their immigration journey using consultation, sales, and client-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients interested in immigration, residency, and business migration.
- Assess client profiles, financial circumstances, business backgrounds, and immigration objectives.
- Recommend suitable Portugal and Spain programs based on client eligibility.
- Explain requirements, eligibility criteria, costs, timelines, documents, and application procedures.
- Convert qualified leads through professional consultation and follow-up.
- Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with processing and documentation teams on applications.
- Maintain records of consultations, leads, follow-ups, and client progress.
- Track immigration policy, residency regulation, and program requirement changes.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through professional and ethical consultation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of proven experience in immigration services or immigration consultancy.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Portugal and Spain business migration and residency programs.
- Experience serving entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, professionals, and families seeking international residency.
- Strong understanding of immigration consultation and client qualification processes.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with good organization and time management.
- English communication is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as an Immigration Consultant, Senior Immigration Consultant, Migration Consultant, or Immigration Sales Consultant is preferred.
- Experience with European residency programs, entrepreneur and business migration, residency by investment, and international immigration consultancy is highly preferred.
- Experience in immigration sales and client consultation is highly preferred.
