Role overview
Experienced Senior Immigration Consultant assessing client profiles, explaining migration options, and converting qualified enquiries into clients.
Responsibilities
- Assess client eligibility for skilled migration and work pathways to destination countries.
- Recommend suitable pathways and clearly explain processes, timelines, and costs.
- Convert qualified marketing, seminar, and referral leads into signed clients.
- Manage client files from onboarding through documentation and submission.
- Present at free immigration seminars and assessment events.
- Monitor immigration policy changes and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet monthly consultation and conversion targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an immigration consultant, visa counsellor, or case officer.
- Practical knowledge of immigration pathways for New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, or Canada; experience with multiple countries is a strong advantage.
- Proven record of meeting sales or conversion targets.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills; Malayalam, Sinhala, or Tamil fluency is advantageous.
- Ethical and transparent approach to client advice.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of AED 4,000–7,000, based on experience and track record.
