The Senior Immigration Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role advises clients on immigration pathways and manages applications, cases, and client guidance in line with current laws and policies.
Responsibilities
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage case files, track progress, and provide timely client updates and guidance.
- Monitor global immigration changes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements and client-service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration issues, global systems, diverse case types, visa processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Understand relevant law and regulations and apply policy updates to client cases.
- Bring consulting, client-assessment, solution-design, and communication skills.
- Prior immigration-consultant or related legal or advisory experience; international experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail and strong organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Proficiency with case-management systems and standard office software; comfortable in a client-facing, on-site environment.
