• ****Job Purpose****
• The Senior Engineer IM will be responsible for managing and optimizing information systems, with a primary focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to enable high-impact project performance monitoring and decision-making for the Majnoon Project based in Abu Dhabi.
• This role requires leveraging Power BI’s full capabilities to deliver insightful visualizations, automate reporting processes, and provide actionable analytics to stakeholders.
• In addition to Power BI expertise, the Senior Engineer IM will establish and administer SharePoint sites to ensure proper configuration and secure access, support document control processes to guarantee compliance with project standards and manage asset data tagging to uphold data integrity and traceability.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT, engineering, or construction, along with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, to deliver data-driven solutions and support project objectives.
• ****Job Responsibilities****
• Develop and maintain creative Power BI reports and dashboards for project performance monitoring.
• Administer SharePoint sites and ensure proper configuration and access control.
• Generate accurate and timely reports for stakeholders using various reporting tools.
• Support document control processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all information management systems.
• Provide training and support to team members on Power BI and SharePoint functionalities.
• Assist in implementing best practices for information management and document control.
• Support the integration of new tools and platforms to enhance data accessibility and usability.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on information management activities and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in information management or related roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including creating interactive and creative reports.
• Experience in SharePoint administration and configuration.
• Strong background in report generation and data analysis.
• Knowledge of document control processes and asset data tagging.
• Ideally from an IT, engineering, or construction-related background.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

• SharePoint Administrator Certification

• ITIL v4 Foundation

• Power BI (Advanced)

• SharePoint Administration
• Data Analysis and Reporting

Languages

• English (Fluent)
• Arabic (Preferred but not mandatory)
