Overview
- Prepare Feasibility Study Reports, Bid, Basic and Detail Engineering documents for CCPP, Desalination plant, and other type plants.
- Prepare I&C Design Basis, Control Philosophy, Technical Specification for DCS, SIS( Safety Instruments System), PLC, Instrumentation, Plant security system(CCTV/Access system）, CEMS, I&C cables, Fire detection and alarm system, I&C Laboratory, Plant control system Cyber Security system, etc.
- Prepare the whole plant control system logic diagram as per the process function description.
- Prepare Vendor Evaluation Report and Technical Bid Evaluation Report.
- Co-ordinate with Owner / Owner’s Engineers / Vendors for timely approval of design documents.
- Provide site support to resolve issues for timely completion of project within budgeted cost.
- Perform cost optimization.
- Participate in technical negotiations with the project owner and the equipment supplier.
