Overview
- We are currently recruiting for a major power infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia and are looking for an experienced HV/EHV Protection & Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in transmission substations, protection systems, and SEC utility projects.
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in testing, commissioning, energization, and protection relay systems for HV/EHV substations up to 380kV.
- Execute testing & commissioning activities for HV/EHV substations
- Perform relay testing, troubleshooting, and protection scheme modifications
- Support substation energization and shutdown operations
- Conduct SAT/FAT and prepare commissioning reports
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards, procedures, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, QA/QC, and construction teams
- Investigate faults and provide technical support during commissioning phases
