• lux investments is expanding aggressively across abu dhabi and building a high‑performance team of real estate brokers. we’re looking for an experienced hr / talent acquisition specialist who understands the uae market — especially abu dhabi — and knows how to attract top real estate talent.

• you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring strong real estate brokers and sales professionals. this isn’t a traditional hr role — it’s a growth-focused position that directly impacts our expansion.
• 💼 key responsibilities
• source and recruit real estate brokers across the uae
• headhunt agents from property finder, bayut, linkedin
• conduct screening calls and qualify candidates
• present the lux investments vision and opportunity
• manage the full recruitment pipeline
• coordinate interviews and onboarding
• ✅ requirements
• proven experience in real estate recruitment or brokerage in the uae
• strong understanding of the abu dhabi property market
• excellent communication and persuasion skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• fluent in english (arabic is a plus)
