Senior Human Capital Data Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze hiring, retention, attrition, and mobility metrics to identify workforce trends and labor projections.
• Build and modify dashboards, reports, and analytical products for client needs.
• Develop and maintain standardized position description libraries.
• Administer relational databases and maintain data integrity and accessibility.
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw datasets.
• Support survey design and execution across 18 Intelligence Community agencies.
• Analyze surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts; manage HR data for workforce planning and decisions.

Required qualifications

• BA/BS plus 18 years of relevant experience; MS plus 10 years; or no degree plus at least 24 years.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• Prior data analysis experience within the Intelligence Community is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and relational database management is required.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly through graphic, written, and verbal means.

Desired skills

• Cognos reporting and dashboards; working knowledge of Python for analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, POPS, PD Library, or Lawson.
• Workforce analytics and planning experience in human capital management and strategy.

Salary

• Salary range is $130,000–$165,000 per year; the range is guidance and not a guarantee of compensation.
