Senior HSEQQ Manager – EPC/EPCM Projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with substantial large-scale EPC/EPCM project exposure.
- Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proven experience supporting construction management delivery models where HSEQ performance is delivered through contractor execution and strong client/contractor interface management.
- Working knowledge of construction-phase HSEQ controls, contractor management, incident investigation, assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage effectively with field teams, project leadership, clients, and contractors.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications (CSP, CMIOSH, NEBOSH, CRSP, or equivalent).
- Experience with energy transition, power, renewables, industrial de-carbonisation, chemicals, manufacturing, mining, or major infrastructure projects.
- Experience supporting owner’s EPC/EPCM models across multiple concurrent projects.
- International or remote project experience.
