Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and corporate roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews.
- Maintain the recruitment pipeline and close positions within timelines.
- Build and maintain a candidate database.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Key skills
