Our client, a global HR consulting firm, is looking for a
very senior HR professional
for a 3-month project based on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Potential start da
te: Ideally 20 June, although a start towards the end of June can also be considered.
Candidates from the maritime, ports, container terminal, or related sectors are preferred.
However, professionals from the wider heavy industrial sector will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the current CHRO with day-to-
day HR leadership activities.
-Provide expertise
in workforce planning and organizational design.
-Partner with business unit leaders to review and challenge manpower assumptions and workforce requirement.
-Advis
- e on HR processes, poli
- cies, and systems as the organization transitions from a local entity to a more global operating model.
- **Support talent acquisition activi**
- ties and broader people-related initiatives as required.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters during the transformation period.
- Professional background
- -15–20 y
- ears
- of broad HR leadership experi
- ence.
- -Experience within
- maritime, ports, container terminals, or related sec
- tors is preferred; candidates from heavy industrial environments will also be considered.
- -Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- -Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives
- -Fluent English is required.
