Role description

Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and review key project milestones.
• Ensure alignment with client business objectives.
• Define and refine service offerings.
• Manage budgets and resources and implement processes supporting quality, scalability, and innovation.
• Represent the organization in key client meetings, support sales initiatives, and contribute to long-term growth planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading IT, web development, or digital marketing organizations, with strong understanding of website, app, and e-commerce development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance analytics.
• Leadership and people management experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and align technical solutions with business goals.
• Financial and operational management capabilities, including budgeting, resource planning, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level clients.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior Director or senior leadership experience in an IT services or digital marketing company is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the New Delhi–Noida technology and business ecosystem is an advantage.
