Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably either in the HR analytics space or HR business partnering.
- Strong Excel and Analysis skills - demonstrated ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
