Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a human resources professional based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programmes, and handling personnel requirements.
Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll preparation, overtime calculations, attendance and absenteeism monitoring, policy development, performance evaluations, visa renewals, labour card processing, company-related renewals, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and evaluations
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Coordinate training, development programs, and employee engagement activities
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employees and provide HR support across departments
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE or GCC region
- Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and HR compliance requirements
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in payroll processing, overtime calculations, attendance management, and employee records is preferred
- Familiarity with visa processing, labour cards, and other government-related procedures is an advantage
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
