Senior HR Data Analyst 8+ years Experience (Tableau & Analytics)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related analytical roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets
• Expert-level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics platforms
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and quantitative research methodologies
• Exposure to AI / ML and Data Science – e.g., hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models (APIs, basic MLOps) and applying data science techniques (data cleaning, EDA, predictive modeling, dashboards) to solve business problem In-depth knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across recruitment, retention, compensation, and employee development
