Job Summary
Acolchados Universal Home Textiles W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Home Textile Operations Manager to lead end-to-end textile manufacturing, production planning, and home textile operations.
This role is responsible for overseeing production efficiency, quality control, supply chain coordination, and operational performance across home textile product lines including bedding, upholstery, and household fabric goods.

What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations in home textile production and manufacturing facilities
- Manage production planning, workflow scheduling, and capacity optimization
- Ensure product quality standards across bedding, upholstery, and textile goods
- Supervise production teams, supervisors, and factory operations staff
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse departments
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor production KPIs including output, waste reduction, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and textile industry standards
- Oversee machinery maintenance and operational reliability
- Support product development and new textile design implementation
Requirements
- Experience in textile manufacturing, home textiles, or production operations management
- Strong knowledge of fabric production, weaving, stitching, and finishing processes
- Experience managing factory operations and production teams
- Strong understanding of quality control systems in textile production
- Ability to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with ERP or production management systems is an advantage
- GCC manufacturing experience is a plus
