Instead of forcing providers to juggle multiple disconnected vendors, we offer one unified platform — covering clinical, operational, and administrative needs — that scales from a single clinic to a full hospital network.
Our app catalog architecture lets each provider pick exactly what they need, when they need it.
The Role
- We’re hiring a senior salesperson to join us at Catalyst, serving providers across the Kingdom — hospitals, clinics, labs, radiology centers, and pharmacies.
- We’ve built the product, signed clients in KSA and Egypt, and we have a strong pipeline forming.
- What we need now is someone who can turn that pipeline into closed business.
- What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years selling software in health tech or an adjacent space (HIS, EMR, practice management, lab/radiology systems, healthcare ERP)
- Solid understanding of the Saudi healthcare market — how providers buy, who decides, and what slows deals down
- Familiarity with NPHIES, Nafaes, CBAHI, and the broader compliance landscape
- A real track record of closing deals, not just managing pipeline
- An existing network of decision-makers in Saudi healthcare is a strong plus
- Transferable Iqama or Saudi national
- Arabic and English, both professional
