About the Opportunity
We're looking for a senior hardware security engineer to join a technology-focused organization focused on embedded systems security and advanced threat research.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on security testing, identifying vulnerabilities, and designing secure architectures for real-world applications.
You'll work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams on high-impact security projects.
Location
UAE (relocation required)
Full relocation support, visa sponsorship, healthcare and relocation assistance provided
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hardware security testing including side-channel analysis, fault injection, and secure boot validation
- Perform embedded/IoT security reviews, firmware reverse engineering and penetration testing
- Assess wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, RFID, etc.)
- Review cryptographic implementations and key management
- Support security projects across automotive, industrial, and infrastructure domains
- Lead vulnerability research and threat modeling
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy
Required Skills
- Strong experience in hardware and embedded systems security
- Knowledge of secure boot, Root of Trust, MCU/FPGA security and firmware analysis
- Experience with RF/wireless security and SDR-based testing
- Understanding of cryptography and secure communications
- Strong C/C++ and embedded systems background
- Nice to Have
- Automotive or industrial cybersecurity experience
- Published security research or open-source contributions
- Experience with reverse engineering tools (Ghidra, IDA Pro, etc.)
- Background in vulnerability research or hardware design
