As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the hardware circuitry of controls and PCBAs that are embedded within our commercial foodservice appliances.
You will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, leverage technical strategy and best practices, and lead the successful execution of projects.
In this role, you will further develop technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MFT’s growth and innovation.
This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.
