Senior HAM Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) capabilities.
• Manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.
• Configure hardware asset models, model categories, asset records, stockrooms, and inventory management processes.
• Integrate HAM with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and other IT service management modules.
• Configure and maintain workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow components.
• Support hardware asset discovery, reconciliation, inventory tracking, and data quality management.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for hardware inventory, asset utilization, lifecycle status, and compliance.
• Automate hardware asset management processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HAM-related technical and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with IT asset management, procurement, finance, infrastructure, and service desk teams.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support hardware asset audits and compliance activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Demonstrated ability to develop, configure, and customize HAM solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM Professional (HAM Pro) capabilities.
• Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow components such as workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

Work Environment

• This role is based in Riyadh and involves working collaboratively with various internal teams including IT asset management, procurement, finance, infrastructure, and the service desk. The position is full-time.
