SR Alambique Hospitality and Services is seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Senior Guest Experience Manager to oversee guest relations operations, customer satisfaction initiatives, and hospitality service delivery across the organization.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, leading customer-focused teams, and improving hospitality operations in a fast-paced service environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening guest satisfaction, supporting operational excellence, and maintaining premium hospitality service standards.
We are looking for a proactive and service-driven leader with strong communication skills, hospitality operations experience, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily guest experience and hospitality support operations
- Manage guest relations activities and customer engagement initiatives
- Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities to improve service quality
- Collaborate with operational departments to maintain high hospitality standards
- Support front office coordination, guest communication, and service delivery activities
- Prepare operational reports, guest experience summaries, and performance updates for leadership
- Supervise hospitality teams and support workforce coordination activities
- Improve operational procedures related to hospitality service delivery and customer experience
- Maintain accurate guest service documentation and operational reporting data
- Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training activities for hospitality staff
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to hospitality operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in guest experience management, hospitality operations, customer service leadership, or hotel operations
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and operational coordination abilities
- Experience managing customer-facing workflows and hospitality support operations
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional and guest-focused approach to operational leadership
- Experience with hospitality systems, CRM platforms, and operational reporting tools preferred
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
