Job Summary
Lead Java Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable trade processing solutions for the RMS platform. The role focuses on full-stack development, technical leadership, architecture design, and supporting business-critical OTC derivatives processing across the trade lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern web technologies.
- Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure compliance with functional, non-functional, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Own the software development lifecycle from design and development through deployment and production support.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, and operational procedures.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and strategic initiatives
- Strong experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience in React and TypeScript development.
- Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with Kafka and Oracle Database.
- Strong understanding of software design, testing, and quality engineering practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and distributed systems
- Experience in Capital Markets, Trade Processing, or OTC Derivatives environments preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to support production systems and drive continuous improvement
Skill Requirements
Strong experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
