Role overview
Seeking a seasoned 2D designer with technical skill, artistic judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for design.
The role focuses on event-industry work and delivering innovative design solutions to project deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Create logos, visual identities, brand books, newsletters, page layouts, microsites, and app UIs.
- Align designs with brand guidelines and client expectations; collaborate with event management on visual content.
- Design websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces, and collaborate with developers and internal teams on implementation.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing designs, maintain brand consistency, and push creative boundaries.
Experience and requirements
- The overview requests 5–8 years of experience; the requirements section requests 5–9 years of graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other 2D design tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, user flows, typography, layouts, and design systems.
- Attention to detail, adaptability to client requirements, and ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Prior event-company experience is preferred.
Digital design skills
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Ability to design websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces and work with developers on implementation.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is ₹600,000–₹1,200,000 per year.
- Benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
