About The Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Graphic designer to join Madinat Jumeirah. The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Lead and deliver all F&B visual communications across Madinat Jumeirah’s restaurants, lounges, and destination concepts, ensuring luxury-standard creative aligned with Jumeirah brand guidelines.
• Act as Design Lead for F&B, providing creative direction, quality control, and mentorship to the Senior Designer while remaining hands-on in design execution.
• Translate commercial objectives and marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives across print, digital, social, and in-venue touchpoints.
• Oversee menu engineering and print production, managing accuracy, premium presentation, supplier coordination, and cost efficiency in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.
• Drive concept development and campaign ideation for launches, seasonal initiatives, and resort-wide activations, delivering creative frameworks, mockups, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with F&B Marketing, Operations, Brand, Digital, PR, and external partners to ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, budget efficiency, and measurable creative impact.

About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent) with 5–8 years of experience in luxury, hospitality, or F&B environments, including mentoring junior designers.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong knowledge of print production, digital assets, and social media requirements; familiarity with Figma, Canva, HTML, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong eye for luxury branding and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate concepts into refined, web- and mobile-ready design solutions.
• Confident, detail-oriented team player able to manage priorities, work under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
