About This Role
We are Auris Marketing Management LLC, a boutique agency led by a Creative Director with over 40 years of global experience. We don’t "do" social media management; we build brand identities through honest communication and high-impact visual storytelling. We are looking for a Senior Designer who is tired of the "growth marketing" fluff and wants to build real, stunning content that stops the scroll in Dubai.
The Role
You won't just be pushing pixels. You will be the visual engine of the agency. You will take strategic concepts and turn them into premium content across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
High-End Design: Masterful execution of brand identities, digital assets, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Motion & Video: Creating dynamic content (Reels, TikToks, Motion Graphics) that feels premium and native to the UAE market.
Content Strategy: Collaborating directly with the CEO to brainstorm content that aligns with our "Real Marketing" philosophy.
Quality Control: Ensuring every piece of content published meets the highest aesthetic standards. No stock-photo-only templates—we create original value.
Requirements (The "Must-Haves")
Senior Portfolio: A proven track record of high-quality visual work. We want to see "the work," not just talk about it.
Mastery of Adobe Suite: You should be a "wizard" in Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a massive plus.
Dubai Market Savvy: You understand the local aesthetic—premium, clean, and impactful.
Independent & Proactive: You don't wait for a manual. You see a strategic goal and you design the path to get there.
Legal Status: Must be currently in the UAE with a valid NOC or transferable visa status. We prioritize legal compliance and integrity from Day 1.
