We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can elevate design quality, manage multiple projects, and bring fresh ideas to every brief.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• Flexible schedule during campaign deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept development to final execution
• Create high-quality visuals for digital and print campaigns
• Develop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, and identity systems
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and client teams to deliver creative solutions
• Review and improve design work from junior designers
• Ensure consistency across all visual outputs and brand touchpoints
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
• Present concepts and design ideas to clients or internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Prepare final files for print, web, and multimedia use

Skills for This Role

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong branding, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience in digital marketing and social media design
• Typography, color theory, and composition expertise
• Creative direction and concept development
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Client communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
• Basic motion graphics or video editing is an advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work
• Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
