We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Content Creator to help define how this ecosystem comes to life.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reports directly to the Head of Marketing; the Senior Graphic Designer & Content Creator is primarily responsible for supporting the Aurora Vision Group's Marketing operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver creative designs as well as videos that align with technical and brand standards.

The position plays a key role in shaping how the Group’s brands come to life, developing visual systems that ensure clarity, consistency, and creativity across all business units.

The role supports a diverse portfolio including:

• Performance sport (UAE Team ADQ)
• Luxury cycling (Colnago)
• Lifestyle, sustainability, and wellness concepts

Key focus areas include translating strategy into strong visual systems, elevating multiple brands with consistency and taste, designing meaningful brand experiences beyond individual assets, and exploring AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN EXECUTION

• Conducts research briefs and references to develop strong creative concepts.
• Presents and communicates design rationale clearly, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
• Designs creative and engaging graphics, illustrations, company logo, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media channels, websites, and various media platforms.
• Creates promotional materials tailored for events, merchandise campaigns, and sponsorship initiatives, closely aligning with brand messaging and objectives.
• Ensure all visual materials are executed to high-quality standards and accurately reflect the brand.

BRAND & PLATFORM ALIGNMENT

• Acts as brand custodian across all Business Units and projects, ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the brand image, meet usability and website standards.
• Reviews design implementations and online marketing content to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicates and facilitates collective inputs to create the company’s layout and designs.

CREATIVE PRODUCTION, INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Innovates within the brand identity framework, providing creative solutions for websites, product graphics, email templates, social media assets, brand campaigns, promotional artwork, informative e-books, videography, and photography.
• Provides support to marketing and community initiatives through photography, videography, and video editing.
• Uses modern design tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
• Stays up to date with design trends and continuously reviews materials to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversight of the production processes with suppliers or third parties.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field is essential. Master's degree in Graphic Design or relevant field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and multimedia production.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of branding principles and design standards.
• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in graphic design or content creation.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing junior designers.
• Experience in collaborative team environments, preferably in marketing or creative agencies.
• Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with photography, videography, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
