Position Summar
- Y Reports directly to the Head of Marketing; the Senior Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for supporting the Aurora Vision Group's Marketing operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver creative designs as well as videos that align with technical and brand standard

- ECUTIONConducts research briefs and references to develop strong creative co
- ncepts.Presents and communicates design rationale clearly, incorporating feedback to refine delive
- rables.Designs creative and engaging graphics, illustrations, company logo, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media channels, websites, and various media pla
- tforms.Creates promotional materials tailored for events, merchandise campaigns, and sponsorship initiatives, closely aligning with brand messaging and obje
- ctives.Ensure all visual materials are executed to high-quality standards and accurately reflect the
- brand.
Brand & Platform A
- LIGNMENTActs as brand custodian across all Business Units and projects, ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company pl
- atforms.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the brand image, meet usability and website st
- andards.Reviews design implementations and online marketing content to identify areas for impr
- ovement.Communicates and facilitates collective inputs to create the company’s layout and
- designs.
CREATIVE PRODUCTION, INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IM
- PROVEMENTInnovates within the brand identity framework, providing creative solutions for websites, product graphics, email templates, social media assets, brand campaigns, promotional artwork, informative e-books, videography, and pho
- tography.Provides support to marketing and community initiatives through photography, videography, and video
- editing.Uses modern design tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance creativity and workflow ef
- ficiency.Stays up to date with design trends and continuously reviews materials to identify opportunities for imp
- rovement.Oversight of the production processes with suppliers or third
- parties.
Quirementseducation &
- EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field is essential. Master's degree in Graphic Design or relevant field is adv
- antageous.Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and multimedia p
- roduction.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
- InDesign).Strong understanding of branding principles and design
- standards.Minimum 4-5 years' experience in graphic design or content
- creation.Previous experience mentoring or managing junior
- designers.Experience in collaborative team environments, preferably in marketing or creative
- agencies.Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tec
- hnologies.Familiarity with photography, videography, and motion
- graphics.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simul
- taneously.
