Conceptualize and execute creative designs across print and digital platforms.
Work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Management to create brand communications and maintain consistency across Brandworks touchpoints.
Design and brand communications
- Create digital and print designs, marketing collateral, campaign concepts, and materials based on briefs.
- Maintain the visual identity and brand guidelines across communications.
- Develop corporate profiles, company presentations, product decks, capability presentations, PR materials, announcements, internal communications, and corporate event designs.
Exhibition and digital design
- Create concepts and artwork for exhibition stalls, backdrops, standees, banners, and event branding.
- Coordinate printing, fabrication, and production with vendors; ensure designs are production-ready.
- Create and adapt digital platform creatives, campaign visuals, promotional posts, infographics, and product announcements.
Product and team collaboration
- Create product brochures, datasheets, catalogues, launch creatives, mockups, and basic product visualizations as needed.
- Develop presentations highlighting manufacturing, R&D, and product capabilities; support sales and business development with assets.
- Guide junior designers, review output, manage projects and timelines, and collaborate with marketing, content, video, and business teams.
- Bring new creative ideas, design trends, and visual concepts to communications.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and branding.
Additional skills
- Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, Figma, and Canva are good to have.
- Basic 3D/product visualization and motion graphics knowledge is an advantage.
Pay
- ₹400,000–₹500,000 per year.
