About the Role:
Publicidad Giga Marketing and Design LLC is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Design Manager to lead design operations and visual branding in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing creative teams, overseeing design production, and delivering high-quality visual content for marketing and branding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Oversee graphic design concepts, branding, and visual campaigns
- Creative Direction: Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual storytelling
- Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and design workflows
- Client Collaboration: Work with marketing teams and clients on creative execution
- Quality Control: Review and approve all design outputs
- Innovation: Drive creative ideas aligned with digital and marketing trends
- Team Leadership: Manage designers, illustrators, and creative staff
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in graphic design, branding, or creative agency work
- Skills: Strong creative direction, leadership, and project management skills
- Education: Degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools
- Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects and creative teams
