Seeking a Senior Golang Developer to own complex backend challenges and build reliable, scalable, observable production services.
The role architects core microservices and event-driven pipelines and owns backend service lifecycles.

Must-have requirements
- Deep proficiency in Go, including goroutines, channels, and memory management.
- Proven production experience designing and maintaining microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers such as Kafka or NATS.
Good-to-have qualifications
- Hands-on containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes and cloud-platform experience such as AWS.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry observability tooling.
- Proficiency in data modeling and query optimization across SQL and NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable Go microservices, owning services from design through Kubernetes production deployment.
- Design Kafka- or NATS-based event-driven architectures for high-volume data ingestion and processing.
- Build monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing for system health and fast debugging.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL storage solutions for performance and reliability.
- Write efficient code with unit, integration, and contract test coverage.
- Collaborate on APIs and gRPC interfaces to ensure seamless service integration.
- Apply compliance-based development practices and maintain backend security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and advocate engineering best practices.
