Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead to build and support modern, scalable applications across frontend and backend technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Build responsive, high-performance UI components.
- Develop backend functionality using Node.js and AWS Lambda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and integration.
- Support production environments through monitoring and troubleshooting.
Must-have experience and skills
- At least seven years of professional frontend web development experience.
- Hands-on Angular and TypeScript experience; the posting specifies Angular 19, TypeScript 5.8 or later, and strict mode.
- Frontend technologies include NgRx, RxJS, Ionic, Capacitor, SCSS, design tokens, Jest, and Webpack Module Federation.
- At least five years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Backend technologies listed include Java EE and Maven, Node.js and TypeScript, NestJS, REST API design, and AWS Lambda.
Additional and production technologies
- Nice-to-have tools and platforms include OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch), Docker, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Terraform, and Helm.
- Production and monitoring experience includes Dynatrace, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch, along with incident management, SLO/SLI tracking, backup, and disaster recovery.
Compensation
- Pay is $80.00–$90.00 per hour.
Work location
- Hybrid remote in Toronto, Ontario.
