The Job

We’re looking for a

Senior Full Stack Product Engineer (Next.js)

to take full ownership of product delivery—from idea through to production—in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.

You’ll build and ship production-grade applications across frontend, backend, and data layers, working closely with product and leadership to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions.

This is a hands-on role where speed, ownership, and engineering judgement are critical—using AI tools not as an experiment, but as a core part of how you deliver high-quality software.

My client is a global advisory firm operating at the intersection of strategy, public policy, and digital transformation.

They work with governments and large enterprises to design and deliver initiatives that drive economic growth and digital enablement.

Unlike traditional consultancies, they stay deeply involved in execution—building real systems, not just recommendations.

They are currently evolving rapidly, embedding AI across development workflows, and are looking for engineers who can operate at this next level.

About You

  • You’re a product-minded engineer who thrives on ownership.
  • You can take ambiguous ideas and turn them into working, scalable features across the full stack.
  • You’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and using AI tools to accelerate development without sacrificing quality.
  • 5+ years building production web applications
  • Strong hands-on experience with

Next.js & React (essential)

  • Proficiency in

Typescript

  • and modern frontend architecture
  • Experience building and consuming

Rest Apis

  • Solid knowledge of

SQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

  • Comfortable using
  • AI tools (LLMs, automation, agents)
  • in real development workflows
  • *Nice to have:*
  • .NET / Azure, Playwright, LLM integrations, TailwindCSS
