The employer seeks a self-driven Senior Full Stack Developer with strong MERN stack expertise.
The role involves developing frontend and backend features, troubleshooting issues, and owning assigned work end to end in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement frontend and backend features based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Test features and bug fixes to ensure reliability, stability, and code quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and production issues promptly.
- Own tasks from requirement analysis through implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Adapt to changing requirements and deliver features iteratively in an Agile environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and reusable code.
Requirements and skills
- At least five years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Excellent command of JavaScript (ES6+), including modern language features and asynchronous programming.
- Strong expertise in MongoDB Aggregation Framework, including complex queries, data transformation, and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development and frontend-backend integration.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Commitment to code quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
