Caliberfocus is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
The role works across frontend and backend technologies, manages architecture decisions, and mentors junior developers in an Agile environment.
Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is required.
- Backend expertise with Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET Core is required.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices is required.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL is required.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, cloud services, and Git-based version control is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of web application development from design through deployment.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure code using modern best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Manage code reviews, architecture decisions, and system integrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in Agile planning sessions.
