Join the Product team to create first-to-market online marketing features that help clients achieve business goals.

Key tasks and accountabilities
- Drive projects independently from technical design through launch.
- Lead migration of ASP.NET Framework 4.8 applications to modern .NET without disrupting client services.
- Collaborate on architectural and process standards and apply them on new projects.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and complex bug fixes.
- Use AI coding assistants for first-pass review, test generation, refactoring, and documentation while applying judgement.
- Help set standards for AI-assisted development and review of AI-generated code.
- Work closely with the CTO on high-priority projects and report progress.
- Create maintainable code and continuously improve the delivery pipeline.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews.
- Manage source-control branches and prepare releases for deployment.
- Extend and maintain internal web applications and build responsive dynamic applications.
- Engage in development and technology discussions on standards and emerging technologies.
Technical skills and experience
- C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ASP.NET Web Forms on .NET Framework 4.8.
- ASP.NET Core on .NET 8 and .NET 10.
- Vanilla JavaScript or TypeScript.
- React or Vue.
- Azure SQL Database or SQL Server.
- Visual Studio Professional.
- Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar Git-based source control.
Desirable experience
- Practical production use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated code for invented APIs, insecure patterns, missed edge cases, and incorrect logic.
- Experience writing prompts and supplying context for large existing codebases.
- Awareness of AI-assisted development risks including licensing, data handling, and over-reliance.
- Experience migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET Core or modern .NET.
- Prior experience with shopping cart software such as Shopify, Magento 2, or WooCommerce.
Education and requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a senior developer.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Forward-thinking, well-organised, and detail-oriented approach.
- Full working rights in Australia with no sponsorship requirement.
- English is required.
- Sydney NSW 2000 location is required.
Pay
- Pay starts from $150,000.00 per year.
