Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior resource for the development team, driving technical strategy, design decisions, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
  • Partner with architects, and project leadership to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the.NET stack utilizing.NET MVC framework,.NET Core, Web APIs, and related technologies.
  • Understand complex database design and support database migration.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server database (i.e. writing SQL/T-SQL, Stored Procedure, UDF, triggers, etc).
  • Build and enhance web applications using modern client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
  • Build and maintain secure CI/CD YAML-based pipelines using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and cloud-native deployment tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, databases, and server tiers.
  • Implement unit testing using NUnit, MSTest, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior level resources on the team.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least 7 years of experience developing and supporting applications using the Microsoft.NET technology stack.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting applications hosted on Microsoft Windows Environments, as well as managing Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments.
  • Strong customer service/client facing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Desired
  • Microsoft certified: Azure fundamentals or related cloud certifications.
